Amplivus Services

Amplivus is a USA-based Amazon PPC management and optimization advertising agency serving Amazon sellers worldwide. Our services include (but are not limited to):

• Creating, managing, and optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns.
• Conducting comprehensive keyword research, bid optimization, and ad placement analysis.
• Providing detailed campaign performance reports and insights.
• Advising on Amazon advertising strategies and best practices.

Client Acknowledgements

• All fees, services, documents, recommendations, and reports provided by Amplivus are confidential.
• Amplivus has no control over the policies of Amazon or other advertising platforms regarding the types of ads, keywords, or content they accept. As a result, your advertising account or product listings may be affected by changes in platform policies at any time at the sole discretion of the platform.
• All fees are non-refundable. By accepting this agreement, you confirm that you have reviewed and approved the campaign parameters and performance metrics provided by Amplivus.

Service Details and Limitations

• Every campaign is designed to align with agreed performance metrics and optimization strategies. Our goal is to create tailored Amazon PPC campaigns that maximize your return on investment through effective ad placements and bidding strategies. However, please note that campaign performance is subject to various external factors, including market competition, industry trends, and changes in Amazon’s algorithms.
• Amplivus has no control over modifications, suspensions, or terminations of ad placements or campaign structures by Amazon or other advertising platforms. Such changes will not be grounds for refunds or replacement services.
• In the unlikely event of significant performance issues arising from factors beyond our control, Amplivus will work with you to adjust and optimize your campaign within six (6) months of purchase.

Liability

Under no circumstances shall Amplivus be liable for any damages whatsoever, including (without limitation) any direct, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or any claims arising out of or related to the use of our services. You, as the Client, assume all risks and potential damages (known or unknown) associated with using Amplivus's services.

Amplivus reserves the right to adjust campaign parameters, ad copy, and other order details as necessary to ensure optimal performance.

As an outsourced provider of Amazon PPC management services, Amplivus does not guarantee any specific ad placement rankings, conversion rates, or traffic increases. Campaign performance is influenced by multiple external factors beyond our control.

Third-Party Services

Certain aspects of campaign management such as ad creative development or adjustments in secondary markets may be handled by independent third-party providers. Our current pricing remains valid for 30 days from the order date. If you place an order and do not respond to our team within 90 days, you may be subject to price adjustments.

Non-Disclosure

Amplivus treats every client with full confidentiality. While we do not individually sign an NDA with each client by default, one can be provided upon request. Amplivus undertakes not to use any confidential information disclosed by the Client for any purpose other than providing the agreed services, unless we obtain prior written consent from the Client. We guarantee that confidential information will not be disclosed to any third party except to your company’s employees or professional advisers who require access for the purpose of delivering the services.

Restrictions

Amplivus reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for clients operating in industries deemed illegal or offensive. Any content, products, services, or items that are hateful, objectionable, defamatory, or that in any way attack any person, business, organization, product, or service; or that promote cruelty toward animals, or otherwise contain objectionable content, will result in cancellation and a refund. If you are unsure whether your campaign or product complies with these restrictions, please contact us prior to placing an order.

Updates

Amplivus reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the Client’s responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates or changes.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Complaints Policy

How to Make a Complaint

If you have a complaint, please contact us by email at info@amplivus.com


Please provide as much detail as possible about your complaint, including any relevant documents or evidence.

Acknowledgment of Your Complaint

We will acknowledge your complaint within two working days and provide you with the name of the person handling your complaint. If your complaint is complex or will take longer than ten working days to resolve, we will provide you with an interim update on the investigation.

Investigation of Your Complaint

We will investigate your complaint thoroughly and aim to resolve it as efficiently as possible. Depending on the issue, possible outcomes may include a refund, credit, replacement, or other remedies. Our response will outline the resolution and the next steps. We welcome your feedback on our response and will use it to improve our processes.

Resolution of Your Complaint

We aim to resolve complaints within ten working days of receipt. If we are unable to meet this commitment, we will contact you to explain the reasons for the delay and provide a revised timeline.

Escalation of Your Complaint

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, please contact our Complaints Manager at info@amplivus.com so that they may review any further steps needed to resolve your issue quickly and consistently, while ensuring confidentiality throughout the process.

Record Keeping

We will keep a record of your complaint and our response for internal purposes for at least six months from the date it is received. In addition, our management team reviews all complaints to monitor trends and address any significant issues. We are committed to providing our clients with exceptional service and will use all reasonable efforts to ensure that your concerns are addressed promptly and resolved satisfactorily.
