• Amplivus has no control over the policies of Amazon or other advertising platforms regarding the types of ads, keywords, or content they accept. • All fees are non-refundable. By accepting this agreement, you confirm that you have reviewed and approved the campaign parameters and performance metrics provided by Amplivus.
• Every campaign is designed to align with agreed performance metrics and optimization strategies. Our goal is to create tailored Amazon PPC campaigns that maximize your return on investment through effective ad placements and bidding strategies. • Amplivus has no control over modifications, suspensions, or terminations of ad placements or campaign structures by Amazon or other advertising platforms. Such changes will not be grounds for refunds or replacement services.

Certain aspects of campaign management such as ad creative development or adjustments in secondary markets may be handled by independent third-party providers. Our current pricing remains valid for 30 days from the order date. If you place an order and do not respond to our team within 90 days, you may be subject to price adjustments.
Amplivus treats every client with full confidentiality. While we do not individually sign an NDA with each client by default, one can be provided upon request.
